It fits into tight spots—curing stations, reflow cells—without forcing you to redesign your whole line.
Built to Take a Beating on the Floor
We wrapped the core in a quartz tube with a special coating. Why? To keep the light stable and resist the harsh chemicals from fluxes and solvents. No degradation. Just consistent output, day after day. Inside, it’s halogen-filled to keep the arc steady. That means repeatable cures. No more chasing inconsistent results because the lamp drifted. And the R7s connector? A no-brainer. It’s industrial-grade, handles the high current safely, and locks in tight. You wire it once. It stays put.

The Reality Check
